HERSHEY, Pa. (Feb. 9, 2015) – Organizational health consultant Terry Lewis of Hershey has rebranded her business, formerly Success Starts Here, as The Lewis Co.

Lewis, who started the business in 2010, draws upon more than 20 years of teaching and training experience for her work in the field of personality assessments.
A graduate of Palmyra High School, Lewis earned a political science degree from West Virginia University and completed graduate studies in education at Penn State.
“The lasting success of any company depends in large measure on the talent, dedication and level of engagement of its greatest asset: its employees,” Lewis said.
Organizational health, she said, is the “sweet spot” where a company and its team members “function at optimal effectiveness.”
A key to achieving organizational health, she said, is assessment-based hiring and personnel development. The Lewis Co. uses assessments developed by Target Training International (TTI) to measure the five social and psychological sciences that contribute to superior performance.
The assessments help companies make scientifically accurate hiring decisions, engage employees, cultivate leaders, and improve individual and organizational performance.
Lewis’ husband, Warren Lewis Jr., also contributes to The Lewis Co. He specializes in organizational development, team building, and strategic planning for businesses with fewer than 500 employees.
