Drayer Physical Therapy opens outpatient center in Calera, Ala.

HUMMELSTOWN, Pa. (Feb. 9, 2015) – Drayer Physical Therapy Institute has opened an outpatient physical therapy center in Calera, Ala.

The new center, at 80 Highway 304, is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Friday. It can be reached at 205-668-6900.

The center’s specialties are manual therapy, sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedics, occupational rehabilitation, gait training, spinal traction therapy, neurological rehabilitation, and TMJ rehabilitation.

Physical therapist Kaitlin Carlson is the center manager; Jay McDiarmid is the center’s regional vice president.

Overall, Hummelstown, Pa.-based Drayer owns or manages more than 100 centers in the eastern United States, including nearly 20 in Alabama.
